Ingredients
– 4 salmon fillets
– 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
– 1 orange (zested and juiced)
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 3 cloves garlic (minced)
– 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a bowl, whisk together the lemon zest, lemon juice, orange zest, orange juice, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
2. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring each fillet is evenly coated. Allow it to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard the excess.
4. Grill the salmon for 4-5 minutes per side or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
5. Garnish with additional chopped parsley and serve with your favorite side dishes.
